Established in 1933 as Monmouth Junior College, the institution's name changed to Monmouth College in 1956. After acquiring its charter, the college was renamed Monmouth University in 1995.

The 2022 Wallace Founders
Scholarship awardees will receive a scholarship valued at up to the full cost
of tuition, which can be renewed for a maximum of three years.

Requirements for Monmouth College Scholarship
1. Only U.S. domestic students are eligible to apply for the Wallace Founders Scholarship in 2022.2. Applicants must maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.2 at their current college or university.
3. Candidates should submit a comprehensive application and resume that highlight their academic achievements, work experience, extracurricular activities, and community service.
4. In addition to the application and resume, applicants for the Wallace Founders Scholarship must write a 500-word essay that describes a place of significance to them, how it shaped their lives, and its overall importance.
5. Applicants must also submit their official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities.
