Uk Chevening is currently accepting applications from students into their UK Chevening Scholarships 2022. It is a fully funded Scholarship for all students.

About the Scholarship

UK Chevening Scholarships are granted to individuals who possess a robust academic record and exhibit clear leadership potential.

These scholarships provide the opportunity to pursue a Master's degree at prestigious UK institutions while also becoming part of a global network of 44,000 alumni.

The UK government has dedicated significant financial resources to support the next wave of global leaders through these scholarships.

Aim and Benefits of UK Chevening Scholarships

Typically, a complete Chevening Scholarship award encompasses the following:

1.   Coverage of tuition fees.

2.  Expenses related to travel to and from your home country through an approved route solely for you.

3.  An allowance for arrival.

4.  Funding for thesis or dissertation preparation (if needed).

5.  Additional allowance for excess baggage.

6.  Payment of the visa application fee solely for you.

7.   A monthly stipend for personal living expenses, which will differ depending on whether you are studying inside or outside London.

8.   The current monthly allowance is £917 for outside London and £1134 for inside London, (subject to annual evaluation).

Requirements for UK Chevening Scholarships

In order to qualify for a Chevening Scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:

1.    You must be a citizen of a country that is eligible for the Chevening Scholarship.

2.    After completing your scholarship, you must return to your country of citizenship and stay there for at least two years.

3.    You must have completed an undergraduate degree that is sufficient for admission to a postgraduate program at a UK university. 

Typically, this requires an upper second-class 2:1 honours degree in the UK.

4.    You have to possess at least two (2) years of work experience. However, fellowship programs may require up to five years of work experience, so please refer to your country's page for further information.

5.    You must apply to three different UK university courses that are eligible, and you must have received an unconditional offer from one of these choices by 15 July 2021.
